Donald Trump became the first US President to face impeachment twice, the House of Representatives stamped

The Democratic Party-dominated House of Representatives in the US on Wednesday late evening ratified the impeachment movement of outgoing US President Donald Trump. During the vote on Trump’s impeachment movement in the House of Representatives, 232 votes (Democrats 222 + Republicans 10) and 197 votes in the opposition. With the vote, Trump became the first president in American historical past to be impeached twice. This impeachment movement was introduced towards Trump in the Capitol violence case.

Accused of frightening supporters for treason

The impeachment movement towards Donald Trump was drafted by MPs Jamie Ruskin, David Cicilline and Ted Liu. It was co-sponsored by 211 members of the House of Representatives. The movement accuses the outgoing president of inciting supporters to sedition.

The House of Representatives handed a impeachment movement towards Trump in December 2019 in a case to pressurize Ukraine to examine alleged allegations of corruption towards Joe Biden and his son. However, the Senate, which managed the Republicans, acquitted him of the expenses in February 2020.
