Nepal wants to improve relations with India, PM Oli removed Ishwar Pokharel as Defense Minister

Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Wednesday withdrew the Ministry of Defense from the nation’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel in a cupboard reshuffle.
